Force Importation

I'm experimenting with scenario creation. How do you import an existing scenarios forces into a new scenario.

The Force List folder appears empty.

CO1 used to have files in there for different divisions. I'm not sure while they were left out. I guess they couldn't be converted. You should be able to create your own by loading a scenario and exporting the OOB to a force file.
